Virginia 529 College Savings 250NASCAR Nationwide Cup is set to race on Richmond Virginia, USA at Richmond International Raceway for the 2009 Virginia 529 College Savings 250. Following a great race at Atlanta Motor Speedway for the 2009 Degree V12 300.

Kevin Harick won his 2nd nationwide race this 2009 season last week at Atlanta. Followed by Kyle Busch at second and Dale Earnhardt finished at 3rd.
