With the success race in Fontana for the 2009 Pepsi 500 at Auto Club Speedway last week, NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Chase for the Sprint Cup returns to Charlotte, North Carolina for the NASCAR Banking 500 only from Bank of America at Lowe’s Motors Speedway this Saturday.
Jimmie Johnson moves back to the top and taking his 5th win in the series at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana for the 2009 Pepsi 500. Jeff Gordon also shores high after taking the runner up. Juan Montoya at 3rd place continues to improve after taking his 6th top 5 finished.
Johnson claim back the lead in the driver’s standing. Mark Martin drops to 2nd rank and Juan Montoya holds the 3rd rank.
